When loaded partyline.tcl provides partyline channels (local channels on your sBNC server).
Default partyline channels are &partyline and &test. You can change the name and number of your partyline channels by editing line 24 of partyline.tcl.
Please note that users will not be able to join local channels with identical names on the IRC server and that users will not automatically join the partyline channels upon connect to the BNC, unless they joined the partyline channels manually first.
